The main house, Casa Carmen, has 5 bedrooms, 1 studio suite of its own with full kitchen. A spacious living room with a fireplace, a new kitchen with brand-new appliances, a formal dining room, as well as a large screened-in porch (lanai) for dining, grilling, or relaxation with a good book. The front porch with rocking chairs is perfect for your morning coffee.

The third suite, Casa Ricardo is a detached house within the retreat featuring two bedrooms and a full 5-piece bathroom with dual sinks. Bedrooms feature king beds completed with deluxe 400-thread-count, 100% cotton linens. this fun unit also features a walk-out design from the bedrooms directly to the pool, offering a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living. The cool vibe is enhanced by the open concept living, kitchen and dining area, providing a spacious and inviting atmosphere.

The estate offers three separately decorated suites, providing privacy and comfort for each guest. If desired, these suites can be opened up to each other, ideal for large family gatherings, retreats, corporate events, reunions, and more, accommodating a total of 18 guests. Historically, the property was an old oak tree farm, surrounded by ancient oak trees that create a magical experience. The trees lining the entrance are illuminated with twinkle lights, making evenings on the front porch breathtaking.
